  • Cadastral Certification (Certificado catastral)
  • Deed of Sale (Escritura de compraventa)
  • ID or passport of the owner
  • Certificate of habitability (Cédula de habitabilidad)
  • Last receipt for community fees / local taxes
  • Last energy bills
  • Energy certificate (EPC)
  • Technical Building Inspection, depending on the property (ITE)

2. After a valuation of your property, we will draw up a sales contract and take professional photos and video of your property. We will then list your property on various international sales sites and also advertise it via social media. If you are no longer living in the property, you can also give us the key.

3. We will put you in touch with potential buyers. A viewing of a potential buyer will always be done in consultation with you. If we have your key, we will always inform you in advance and provide feedback on a viewing.
